The program is FREE for eligible small and medium businesses registered in Victoria.

A Workforce Planning Specialist will help you develop an action plan to increase the skills and
effectiveness of your employees.

Skills for Growth

How it works

An accredited Workforce Planning Specialist will examine your business and help you identify skill development opportunities within your workforce.

You are presented with a Workforce Action Plan, which is your blueprint for the future professional development of your workforce.

You receive ongoing support to implement your plan, including a follow up review, as well as assistance to place eligible employees into government supported training.

To be eligible, your
business must:

  • Be a Victorian business

  • Employ between 1 and
    200 staff

  • Have been in operation
    for at least 12 months

  • Be financially viable
